Do all coffee shops use personalized coffee cups?

• I'm thinking of starting a business of selling coffee shop supplies (paper coffee cups) but a friend told me all cafes actually get their coffee cups from the coffee supplier, together with the coffee itself. Is this true? Do you remember drinking coffee only from personalized paper coffee cups? I think I had coffee in lots of plain coffee cups, but my friend doesn't think so. Help appreciated.

  I don't think that all coffee shops use personalized cups but personalized cups help to promote the business.
