Can you tell me where a coffee shop is where I can try different blends of coffee?

Every time I go into a coffee shop they just have their one "Americano" and then different kinds of lattes and cappuccinos and whatnot. Is there a kind of coffee shop where I can go to try different coffee blends? (like the actual beans) I drink my coffee black and like to try the different varieties and roasts out there. Know of any places in general? Also, I live in Oklahoma so if you know of any places in that state specifically too that would be a great help. Thanks!

Answer:
You can do it at Caribou Coffee. I have no idea if there is one in Oklahoma or not. If there is they will french press any one of their coffees for you. In the mornings there is also a light roast and a dark roast.
