What are the benefits of me drinking only water and green/white tea?

  • I drink about 8/9 cups of water a day (on a good day) 5 or 6 at the least when I'm busy. For tea.. I drink about 4-6 cups depending on the day and night. I dont drink alcohol or soda, or coffee. I am 20 years of age, male. I weigh 140 pounds and am 6 feet tall. I have a fast metabolism, and I eat okay. Not too bad not too healthy.

Your going to lose more weight even thought your pretty freaking skinny. I'm currently doing the all water challenge and its only been 1 days and I've lost 3 lbs since I was being a fattie during winter break. good question and the most straight foward question your going to get is that your plainly going to lose weight and its actually kinda unhealthy but yeah...Trust me people are going to be like NO YOUR GOING TO DIE but nahhhh its not true all my friends have done the tea and water challenge for 14 days and they were fine
