What does the stuff in energy drinks mean?
-
I stayed up all night talking to someone and I grabbed one of my energy drinks and started drinking it and started reading the back,Im drinking a full throttle but normally drink Real Tree Outdoor Energy. On the back it says Niacin 200% Vitamin B6 200% Vitamin B12 200% What does that mean?Is it good or bad?
-
Answer:
those 3 items are just vitamins...not dangerous. The real danger in energy drinks is the caffeine and sugar. Read and see if THAT is a component to your beverage. Even the ones that say "no added caffeine" have caffeine. And it WILL be listed. the No Added just means the company didn't add extra caffeine to what was already naturally in the ingredients.
