How does lime juice preserve an apple?

Homemade popsicles wth prune juice?

  • I have some prune juice I'm trying to get rid of. I was thinking of making popsicles. I've thinking either prune juice, lemon juice, and yogurt or prune juice, orange juice, grape juice, and apple chunks. Do either of those sound good? If not, what combination would be good? The only other options I have are lime and blueberry.
