Does your restaurant serve REAL Maine Lobster?

I am in the process of opening an online Maine lobster shipping company, for both restaurants and the every day person who is just craving a Maine lobster or a person in Arizona who wants to plan a 4th of July lobster bake. I live in Maine, 5-10 minutes from whorfs that are just about as true of a Maine lobster as you can get. Do you work in a restaurant (outside of Maine) that serves true Maine lobster and how is that experience with your vendors? Do you eat at a restaurant that serves our lobster, or have you ever ordered our lobster and what has been your experience? I plan to market this in a completely different way than is being done now and all input is great!

I live in Boston, so I get great Lobster all the time...however when I was living in Arizona, I would have killed for some REAL seafood! There is a company in San Diego that ships sushi quality fish across the country and I never ordered because it was pretty pricey, but I always wanted to! Good luck.

It's WHARF, not whorf.. No. Your "Maine" lobster was just vacationing that day. He's really a PEI lobster. Or a Nova Scotia lobster... Dumb@ss.. Lobsters aren't affiliated with any particular province or state. Lobsters pulled from the Atlantic ocean are Atlantic lobsters, not Maine lobsters.
