Where can I find Applebee's kitchen work?

Does anyone know where I can find a 42" high kitchen cart?

• My kitchen counters aren't tall enough for me, so I end up with a sore back every time I use my knives. Mine are the standard 36"h, and I get an extra 2" with my cutting board. But that still isn't enough. Since remodeling an entire kitchen with 42" high counters is impractical (and Boos' Ergonomic cart is $4,000), does anyone know where I can find, make, or custom order a 42" high kitchen cart? I'm only using it for knife work, so it doesn't have to be big. An 18" x 18" work surface is more than enough.
