HOw do you make your hamburgers?

    Simply form the meat into patties. Since it's usually got enough fat in it, you shouldn't have to add any oil, etc. Fry/broil/grill it until desired doneness, according to the thickness. Best way is on the grill, if you have one. You can also check out AllRecipes.com for more suggestions.

I use lipton onion soup mix and 1 egg (holds burgers together better) for every pound of beef. I like to season mine with a little garlic salt and onion salt. Not too powerful and not too light. Of course, the seasoning is to your own taste. You can replace beef with turkey (to keep the calories and fat intake down. If you do, you'll have to use a little oil in the pan (or just use the grill...for the true burger fan.) Don't forget to use a lower heat for thicker burgers (so the the exterior doesn't burn while cooking the interior.)

well my mom she just goes to the grocery store and buys the hamburger patties. and then she gets a Lean Mean Fat Grilling Machine cooker; and she plugs it up(its a small grill that you can buy from walmart that you can just plug in to your kitchen). and she gets the uncooked hamburger patties and she seasons them up with seasoned salt and vinegar [but the hamburgers wont taste like it has vinegar, it'll just have a taste that'll make people wonder what your secret recipe is. its so good]. then she just puts the patties on the grill for 6 or 7 minutes. and when the patties are cooked, toast the hamburger buns for just 1 minute. and enjoy! add whatever you want:lettuce,cucumbers,tomatoes,etc.

Here is a great tasting hamburger....Fry the hamburger as you normally would, when it's almost done add mushrooms to the skillet (leaving hamburger in it to finish cooking). Cook until done, stirring mushrooms frequently. Add a slice of cheese and place mushrooms on burger. Enjoy!

I buy the hamburger meat that is already in patties. It is a little more expensive but it saves time. Next, I sprinkle them with McCormick Spicy Montreal steak seasoning. You can find it in the spice aisle at the grocery store. Grill or fry the hamburgers until the juice runs clear when you press the tops with a spatula.

Just cook the meat and brown on both sides. DO NOT LEAVE IT RED IN THE MIDDLE!!! Put the burners on low to medium. After they are brown and done then add cheese and jalepenos or????????? Good luck!! They arent that hard to make!!!
