I'm allergic to wheat, dairy, gluten and eggs. It is very confussing and it makes me angry not being able to eat what I want.

It is very hard when you have allergies, but the simple rule to follow is to find out what staple food you can have first. By staple, Imean your basics, which in your case may be things like: - Rice - Meat - Gluten Free Pasta and bread (you can get this on prescription in the UK) - Vegetables - Fruits Then, experiement with spices and herbs to create different flavours. Rather than having a sauce made up of cream or milk, you could have one made up of white wine as a base, using rye flour? (there is some flour you can have if you have a wheat allergy, it might be rye, it might not, check that one out.) It takes adjusting to, but it can be done, you just have to learn to love what you can have, and not yearn for what you can't!
