What do you like to make with ground turkey?

So I have so far made white bean turkey chilli and tacos with ground turkey. They had a sale at my store and so have plenty of ground turkey! I don't want to make meatballs and no meatloaf unless it's not made traditionally. My husband does not like meatloaf because he was forced to eat it as a kid lol, so if it's unique then it might be ok. Suggestions please! I have 9 pounds! And actual recipes would be much appreciated!

How about some burger patties? They can be precooked and frozen for quick meals later, and/or topped with some avacado and tomato to make for a delicious burger!
