How to make perfect chocolate truffles? 10 points best answer?

  • I am making chocolate truffles for mothers day and I want to know any tip for making them. All the recipes I have found say to just boil the cream and pour it on the chocolate but I was told that the chocolate may have to be a specific temperature? Also, will it make a difference using orange chocolate, mint chocolate etc. Any help will be appreciated :) thankyou!!

Place a metal bowl over the top so it's mostly in the pot but doesn't fall in. Put the chocolate in the bowl and stir until it melts.) - Decorate them with drizzles or melted white chocolate (You can add food dye to white chocolate!
