Can someone be allergic to peanut butter but not peanuts?

• I want to make homemade peanut butter and while I was reading some recipes online I found one recipe which was only with peanuts and peanut oil but someone wrote on the comments that he makes peanut butter with peanuts only! I mean, is this possible? Can I make peanut butter without sugar or honey or oil or salt? That would be great but how do I do it? If I put the peanuts in the blender will they be peanut butter or just chopped nuts? I need a recipe... do you know any?

  You can make it with only peanuts if you use a food processor. Using a blender is a pain in the butt and nearly impossible. A food processor is much easier and then if you want to add salt or something else you can.
