i ordered over the phone to the supermarket and i asked for lamp chops. instead they sent me turkey chops. it says turkey chops and looks sorts like lamp chops but it isnt its turkey what do i do because i dont want to return this. how do i cook this? i never made lamp or turkey chops before how do i make turkey chops what are some recipes. can you make them in an oven because my stove dosnt work,i dont have a grill either or broiler. i just have oven.. i have salt,pepper,strawberry jelly and teriyaki sauce to work with, i also have teriyako sauce. hmm should i wait till tomorow and buy more ingredients and put them in a freezer.. what do i do how do i make turkey chops. do you put them in an oven and for how long what degree

u can fry them on the over or u can put in oven for about 1 hr at 350 they will be done when the juices run clear..
