So how much does mascarpone cheese cost?

  I come from Michigan, so we go to meijer. I'm assuming Harris Teeter is like a huge grocery store? Like a super walmart kind of thing? That's what Meijer is. Anyway, Mascarpone cheese there, a few months ago when I made tiramisu, cost $6.00 for 8 oz. It's pretty expensive. You could substitue ricotta or cream cheese for your cheesecake. Good luck!
