    I just shared this recipe with someone who was asking for different ways to use bacon for dinner, and I love this recipe so, so much... that I will share it here too! Even though bacon slices aren't a totally satisfying meat, I promise that this recipe has the most amazing flavor. And it's so simple! It's BLT Pasta. Only six ingredients --- two of which are salt and pepper --- and they are all easily obtained in the grocery store. The sweetness and acidity of the tomatoes blends perfectly with the salty bacon and the peppery arugula (we've used spinach too, and it's just as tasty!). In case you couldn't tell... this is really, really yummy. A hit with most people I know who try it! :)
