I use to work at In N Out, this is how you make one of their burgers. I believe turkey burgers taste better fyi. put your patties on the grill and season one side with salt, pepper, mustard, and peprika. While the patties are cooking you put the buns on pan to toast - yummy! Flip the patties, cook some more. Put your slice of cheeze (American is fast food, but Mozarella or Queso Fresco is better) on the patty (some fold it to fit nicely and "smile"). Now it depends how you like your onions. You can put the onions on the patty and cook them this way, or just grill them (my choice), or chop them up and eat them raw, or chop them up and grill them. Once the buns are done toasting take one and put all the fixings you like on it, I must insist you try avocado! Its good. Top the patty with cheese and onion with the other bun. Then after a little bit, take the patty cheese and meat and put it on top of the dressed bun. And wala!

You have to start with good ground beef--ground chuck, ground round or ground sirloin. It's the fat content of the meat that makes burgers juicy. Personally, I like to just add salt and pepper, but Lawry's Seasonall or lemon pepper would also be good.

make the patty with fresh ground beef about 3/4 inch thick put it on a propane grill on a medium heat and flip when you see juices coming out the top of the burger keep cooking till the edges arent burnt but a little crism and then put on pepper garlic salt and onion salt. then toast your buns on the grill but dont let them burn next put a slice of cheese on the burger and serve

There are so many good things you can do! One: Add a bit of A1, McKormics Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning, make patties and grill. Two: Add cooked crispy bacon and crumbled Blue Cheese, salt and pepper, make patties and grill. Three: Add cheddar cheese, jalapenos, onions, salt and pepper, some hot sauce, make patties and grill. You can put anything you want into a burger, good luck!

"Nota" above.... has been looking over my shoulder.. that's the way I make a good burger, however, I prefer the onions sauted in a little butter, then pilled on top of the burger, with a good size dollap of Blue Cheese dressing.. oooo.. so good. Pepper, of course
