How do I get the sweet taste out of deviled eggs?

  • I tried a new recipe.......the mixture for deviled eggs is to sweet. Is there anything I can add.....I tried adding more eggs. Help!!

    Eggs are not sweet so it's something you are adding to them that is making them sweet. Since you didn't share your recipe it's hard to know. I make them with eggs, mayo, a touch of mustard, salt and pepper, and I never had them sweet.

What is the recipe? So we know where to start? I would add more Mayo. But I don't know what you have added?

You can add a touch of lemon juice. It might work. Mustard always works. Some pepper as well
