How do I get the OCC bike?

What did you think about the 3-way Bike-build off between PJD, OCC, and JJ?

  • Between PJ & JJ & PSR…. Paul Jr blew it out of the park with that original design, although Jessie’s bike was very classic. (Why did Jessie stutter next to Paul senior when asked about trash talking all the way throughout the show?) Senior’s Bike was a 22nd century bike. Very futuristic. As this is tv and some of it is scripted. It got all of you biker enthusiast, biker armchair watchers, bike builders, bikers, general public, and the like to watch, in a time when this country is turned upside down with all the turmoil our government has produced…. WOW, i said government produced??? OMG! Well, at least we know they have talent in doing something wrong…. In saying that, at least for a few hours, or the last few days we were able to smile a little despite our own trials and tribulations… We can argue that Seniors Bike was not a true chopper, or that Jessie’s bike will get lost in a crowd of clones, or that Junior’s bike can’t make it to the corner gas station, It was a show of how much you liked the bikes…. America has come along way with these chopper build off shows, and vehicle re-fab show’s, and reality shows in whole. These shows are more or less there to even get your creative juices flowing… What can you build or make? Are you inspired to want to go out and learn a skill? Can you take something to the next level? We may disagree with their politics, life styles, habits, and other traits and characteristics, but we can’t help but to watch…. We can’t help, but to imagine ourselves creating in this way, or innovating something that will launch us into stardom…. PJ, JJ, and Paul SR have a lot to be thankful for. For the medium of reality TV, and the support of their constituency and the public as well. We all do too!…. We also have to be thankful for it as well, as this is what inspires us to work with our hands, minds and hearts…. No where in the world do we have this type of entertainment entity, except here in America…. Land of the free, and home of the brave. Surely God Bless America! As for the 3 builders, and also to those that tirelessly express themselves through their own medium, what ever it may be that you do, I salute you! You open the door to more possibilities. Robert Henri an artist of yore, put it best…….. ‘When the artist is alive in any person, whatever his kind of work may be, he becomes an inventive, searching, daring, self-expressive creature. He becomes interesting to other people. He disturbs, upsets, enlightens, and opens ways for a better understanding. Where those who are not artists are trying to close the book, he opens it and shows there are still more pages possible’ …… ‘The Art Spirit’ ,1923, Robert Henri………

  • Answer:

Overall I like Juniors maturity and attitude about the whole thing best, but Jesse James clearly made the best bike (although I don't like him as a person.) Then again I'm an old school guy, that may be why I liked Jesse James's bike best. However I still believe the best bike builder was Indian Larry.

I thought Senior's "bike" was not a good fit for the competition. Yes it was "out there", futuristic, and different. And possibly for an energy firm or a Batman film this would have been great. But for a build-off against Junior and JJ it didn't really work. I thought Junior's bike was the coolest. JJ makes a decent point about it not being practical to ride. But was that ever a condition of the competition? If not, than it's the coolest. JJ built a bike that looked like a thousand other bikes we've seen these guys build while their shows have been on the air. You ride that thing into Sturgis and people wouldn't even notice it. Sure he did difficult work with the materials he chose. But the bike sitting on a stage doesn't reveal that. I haven't been an avid watcher of JJ's shows. I have seen quite a bit of American Chopper. I am not a fan Senior and his temper. And at times I have found Junior to be an arrogant a$$, all be it a creative one. But by the end of this build-off, I found Jesse James to be one of the biggest jerks I have ever seen. Perhaps he felt the pressure to talk smack because he realized his bike was not up to par. But it seemed like he was just being a jerk because that's who he is. I have to wonder why Sandra Bullock stuck around with him as long as she did. I was glad to see that Vinny and at first Junior shyed away from engaging JJ in the smack talk. And at the end I think producers were probably really urging Junior to get at least one shot in to make it interesting. But I would have been fine with them staying out that junk and letting JJ make an a$$ of himself while the audience voted his bike second.

When Sr. came out on stage in that whateveritis, he looked like a head attached to a machine. He should fire Jason for not taking into consideration how silly he would look riding that thing. Kuma
