Why cant i watch naruto episodes on the naruto website?

When i click on view episode now it directs me to hulu. however i live in england and it wont let me watch it /: is there any way i could watch those episode on another website. and btw because i couldnt watch it i was wondering if the episodes were english dubbed because if theyre not then dont worry about this question :L
