so basically i want to purchase an iphone 4,or maybe even a 4s so i was wondering surfing ebay looking for one,and there were iphone 4 at and t and iphone 4 verizon and iphone 4 unlocked?? what does at and at mean? whats verizon and whats unlocked i live in sri lanka,so which iphone should i get,a unlocked one? and could you guys find me a good deal on ebay for either an iphone 4 or a 4s 16gb :) THANKS <3

unlocked means you can put apps on it that come from sources other than the Apple Appstore. Verizon is a US cellular carrier. Verizon uses a wireless technology known as CDMA, which isn't commonly used in the rest of the world. You would need to know what wireless technology is used by the wireless carrier where you live, and get a phone with that technology.
