What does it mean when your seeded in animal crossing: wild world?

• i was on the animal crossing website and there is a de-seeding forum. what does it mean when your "seeded"?? im so clueless :(

  Seeds (not turnip seeds) are hacked items obtainable by an Action Replay. They are used to make buildings appear where placed. Some people use seeds to block other buildings so you do not want someone to come and seed your town.
