  Good the background is pink color, as the website is meant for women you have taken good template. But, the complete website should fit in a single screen, user need not crawl to view other interesting links on the website. Of course you would have social networking links at the top: facebook, twitter, etc. Also, columns for women related products and services could be added later. You should include column for all women - old, young, funky, silent, charming, odd, lots of stuff around. Make the website secure as the website is going to be for women so that all information are kept secure and the website should clearly say this. Section to share photos, recipes, any artwork, home related decoration, makeup, celebrities can be added. You can use Open Source CMS (content management system) for website development.
