Any ideas for a memorable birthday in Paris?

Ideas for my Paris themed 16th birthday party?

  • Hey! My birthday is on March 7th but because I'm in a musical both weekends around my birthday I'm having it on the 17th. I want to have like a VOGUE Paris themed party because I speak fluent French and my room is Paris themed and I just love France. I want there to be a photo shoot area because I just signed with a major modeling company so my mom thought it would be fun to have a photoshoot where we all dress up in different crazy outfits and stuff. We will probably do make overs and stuff. I'm only inviting my 12 closest friends because I have the most fun with them. Any decoration ideas? I live in an area where its typically like 40-50 degrees.

    That sounds great! You could have paris themed foods like croissants and have crepes? You could also have sunbeds or a little pucnic blanket with cushions set up in your garden for you all to sit out on and you could get pictures there. You could also set up one room with chairs and mirrors and all things for yoyr makover like nail polishes and all your makeup and you could get face masks and have some towels and cucumber slices for your eyes You could get a really good french themed film to watch! Decorations can all be in white blue and red for the france colours and you can set up rooms with twinkle lights so it looks pretty? You could also tell people to come dressed vogue style in paris fashion. Either way hope you have a great birthday :)

Hey Advance Happy birthday .Present generations are the strong admirers of beauty and strong lovers of party. Hollywood theme party is something that makes the heart of 6’s to 6o’s to jump with happiness. So why can’t you make your party Hollywood themed one and it is very reasonable rate. Just think about it.

That's a great idea! I did the same theme for my 14th two years ago :) I would recommend adding french foods, like petit fours, crepes, a cheese plate, or creme brûlée. For decorations, you could do props like the ones from Shindigz (it's a party company) http://www.shindigz.com/catalog.cfm?cat=14841, or you could even make standees yourself using cardboard and paint that look like famous Paris landmarks! Use twinkly lights (after all, Paris is the city of lights), and lots of sparkles/glittery confetti. Keep the colors sophisticated with blacks, silvers, whites and reds. You could make little stands like a street vendor's where your guests could pick up little treats. Get some red flowers, and put them in flower boxes, like you see on just about every street in Paris in the spring. I hope you have an awesome birthday! (Also, congrats on getting signed!)
