How to make a video podcast?

How do you make a video podcast??? Help!!!!?

• Type of camera?(not too expensive) Software? How to publish to iTunes and that RSS stuff? Any restrictions? Lighting? TelePrompTer?(not too expensive) Do you make money doing podcasts? What's the budget? ( I'm 14 and have experience with making videos on YouTube but I want to do Bigger things, and have a budget of 200 bucks. ) Help!!!

  The biggest expense is your camera. Any kind of camera will work. Shoot it outdoors and you won't have to worry about lights. Don't use a script and you won't need a teleprompter. Host it on http://libsyn.com and they will take care of getting it onto i-tunes. Your cost will be monthly. You can make money. If your podcast is meant for a local audience, go around and get sponsors.
