Is the viagogo website safe?

JLS Tickets from Viagogo.com?

I ordered some tickets to see JLS from the website: viagogo.com They were regular tickets and had the date, time, seating area and usual information presented on the website, however upon receiving them, it says on the ticket 'ticket for under 14'. This was not mentioned on the website and I am not under 14... I am having trouble getting in contact with anyone to help sort this problem... any suggestions? Or can I still get in with this error on the tickets? Help please!

You should did you print off your order do this if you can but yes you should still have no problem getting in.
