Masquerade Ball, how do I know it's not a swingers ball?

I'm thinking of going to a masquerade ball, and this is the ball: "The 2008 Masquerade Ball will be on Saturday October 4th , From 6.30 pm Williamstown Town Hall, Ferguson Street, Williamstown" But I do not wantto turn up and find out it is a 'swingers' event. Has anyone ever been to this ball, or can you tell me if you know if it is a swingers ball, or a normal, harmless masquerade ball?? well in philadelphia a gathering of persons in engage in exchanged intercorse is against the law it is a form of prostution. if the ball you are attending is open to the public then it is your traditional masquerade ball. i dont believe they would explicit sex becuase thats just asking to be arrested
