How do you make your own website for free?

I dont have aol. I need to make a website. Yes a website not a Myspace. I want to make a website for free. Doesanyone know how to do this{make a free website thats NOT myspace}?

Yahoo has domain names for only 3 dollars a year. I know its not free, but they are really easy to get. You can even pick .com, .net, etc. I hope this works for you. You should see advertisements for this offer at yahoo.com!!!!!!

There are many free services out there. One quick one is geocities, it allows you to create a website using templates or if you know how to code, you can make one from scratch. There limitations to it, but it's a free one. Do a search online and you'll find many free ones. If you want to blog with a free site you can make try blogger.com.
