I need music for a film.

I need music for a short film i want 2 put on youtube.?

• I want to make movies when i get older. I recently made short movie with my two best friends, and since it was a kind-of silent film (that is, no spoken words except for the intro) i used some music for it. i guess no youtube doesn't want you using any music in your videos unless you made it yourself, which isn't fair because not everybody knows how to make music. The audio on my movie got cut, even the part where my little brother did his monologue, and i know THAT isn't owned by Sony Entertainment or whoever. So is there any place that has music for people who want to make movies, music that isn't owned by some big company? not like words and stuff even, just music for a soundtrack. obviously i get that people don't want other people using their stuff without them knowing. but as long as you tell who's song it is i don't get whats the problem. But whatevs...this isn't about how mean YouTube is :( Just, does anybody know of somewhere. ( i just dont get it. if you buy a CD then why can't you...well i do get how i don't own it, but im not using it for anything bad so cant Sony be nice? geez!) If you can understand this nonsense babbling thats supposed to explain the question, please give an answer :D

  I do films tooo, and as long as in the description, you put you don't own the music and who does own it, it wont get cut. Good luck!:)
