Where can I buy Japanese Magazines for cheap?

• I normally use Amazon JP but 2 magazines costs me $50 for S&H I've heard of myjpop or something like that but the magazine I like (Kirari) they only have an issue from 2009 and I know where a Japanese store is in my area and they have magazines but not my favorite magazine they mostly have like cooking, and the typical kinds you'd find at a grocery store not like the men's fashion magazines Thanks for your help :)
