Can i pay cosmopolitan subscription by cash?

Accidentally ordered a magazine subscription...?

• Okay so i bought a seventeen mag. for my summer vacation and found out there was a free havinana flip flop giveaway so i went onto the website and entered and said i wasnt a subscriber but then it said thank you for your order and i tried to cancel but it wouldnt let me.. i didnt tell my dad about it cus. i was thought i was gunna get in trouble so i just overlooked it, right after my bday in june, a seventeen mag. came in the mail and i thought it was a gift subscription from my grandma or something but then two weeks later i got a bill adressed to me (im only 13 btw) and idk what 2 do cus. it says i have to pay... can i use cash and mail it or if i tell my dad will a check that has his name on it work for it??

  First of all, I would say that you should talk with your dad and explain what happened. something along the lines of "dad, in march (or whenever) I saw a giveaway for flip flops and entered the contest and it wasn't clear on the entry form but now they want me get a subscription" I know it will be tough but think of this.... he'd probably had to have some similar conversation with his dad at one point or another. You are under 18. You can't enter into ANY kind of contract. Consequently you can't "agree" to pay for a subscription so they can't insist that you pay for the subscription. However, if you WANT to, you should NEVER EVER mail cash. if you have the cash, get a money order (they are sold at the post office or some variety stores, and at banks). Finally, yes your dad could pay for it with one of his checks.
