They wont let me cancel it and I accidently ordered 12 issues....Can i just not pay? (Seventeen teen magazine)

If you sended the money already well you'll just get the 12 magazines, if you just subscribed and asked for them they'll just send you one free magazine until you pay your bill. So if you gave money you wont get it back
