• Someone called my husband months ago wanting him to subscribe to a magazine. Like an idiot- he did. I was able to call and get it cancelled. Since then like 5 other magazine companies have been charging us for magazines that we didn't order!! I was able to get all of them cancelled except for one. The guy says that he has a recording of my husband confirming the subscription. When I asked to hear it he said that he didn't have it and couldn't get it for me. He said he would send me a transcript of the call. I kept telling him I want to hear the recording and he just kept saying that he couldn't get it for me. I KNOW we didn't agree to the subscription! I told him without a contract he HAD to cancel the subscription. He refused. He said that I had to keep paying $30 a month for the next 2 years. Is there a way I can get it cancelled? Someone I could call or something?
