Teenage magazine reccomendations?

I live in australia and the only 'teen' magazines are Dolly and Girlfriend (there are many more but i'm not sure if these are teen) And i'm not allowed to read these. Personally, judging by the cover, they are junk anyway. I really want to read a magazine that isn't all about boys, beauty and celebs. But i want a magazine that caters for my age group (i'm 13) Do you have any reccomendations?

Seventeen. don't let the name confuze you.. the only thing in there that i dont read yet is the college ideas it has every thing you need.. what boys to stay away from to makeup tips and fashon advice.. i hope they have these there.. and PS. if your mom doesn't want you reading them let her look through them first so she knows they're not all about sex and stuff
