How to I cancel a seventeen subscription?

How do i cancel my Seventeen Magazine subscription with out canceling my current one?

  • I have been subscribing to Seventeen for about 7 months now and I recently went online to win a freebie, but i forgot to check the box saying i don't want another subscription. Now they sent me and email saying: "THANK YOU FOR ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES! THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER! We have also accepted your subscription for Seventeen and will bill you $10 for 12 issues. Your first issue will be delivered to *address* in 4-6 weeks. Does this mean they are going to bill me again? if so, how do i cancel this one with out cancelling my current one? Please help!

  • Answer:

Go to Seventeen's customer service page: https://w1.buysub.com/pubs/HR/SVN/SVN_nameAddrEntry_combo.jsp?cds_page_id=41191&cds_mag_code=SVN&id=1302387582784&lsid=10991656439038125&vid=8 Login using the information that's printed on the label of the last issue you received. At the bottom of the left hand column under "Quick Help", click on "Frequently Asked Questions". At the bottom of the left hand column under "Contact Us", click on "Customer Service". Under "Contact Customer Service", click "Email Us". Complete the form and tell them that you do not want to EXTEND your subscription. DO NOT tell them you want to cancel your subscription, because if you do, they will cancel the subscription that you currently have, as well as the one for which you accidentally just subscribed. Good luck!
