How do I cancel a Seventeen magazine subscription gotten from a sweepstake?

• My sister already has a Seventeen subscription, but I got an account on Seventeen to win freebies. We share the same address. I accidentally forgot to un-click the subscription box when entering, but when I went to the customer service and put in my name and address, they linked it to my sister's and said she owed nothing. Does this mean that they will not bill me? What should I do?

  It may take them a few days to update their records. Wait until the middle of next week, and sign in again with the exact same information you used to enter the Daily Freebie giveaway. If they mixed up your entry with your sister's account and extended her subscription, go to the bottom of the left hand column under "Quick Help", click on "Frequently Asked Questions". At the bottom of the left hand column under "Contact Us", click on "Customer Service". Under "Contact Customer Service", click "Email Us". Complete the form and tell them that she does not want to EXTEND her subscription. DO NOT tell them you want to cancel the subscription, because if you do, they will cancel the subscription that she currently has, as well as the one for which you accidentally just subscribed.
