What are some parkour techniques?

As reader of a 'Parkour' magazine what kind of articles do you prefer to read? ?

I have to create a magazine for a subject at my school called Technology. Because I like to practice parkour myself I chose to create a magazine about it. I have to create an expendable version of my own magazine and it wont be an official one. As articles I already thought of: An interview with someone who practices parkour. A trick tutorial. Great parkour spots in the Netherlands. I would be pleased if you help me thinking of any different articles? Please only post when you know the defenition 'parkour' and you are practicing or like to practice it. (Although the magazine is mainly about parkour articles about freerunning are welcome too.)

I would give tips on vaults and the best places to go. Also, i like your tutorial idea. You should get a camera and film stills of back flips or gate vaults or something. I wish there was a parkour magazine in hawaii
