  i was told that the japanes will teach their children to control anger from their childhood. they teach their children to have long breath in and out for sometime which keeps the mind normal and the anger that is pressuring will be subsidided. To know your inner soul, you will have to meditate. as you feel hunger for your body, likewise the soul has to be nourished by connecting it with the GOD /the cosmic soul. As we go home in the night, the soul that has come from GOD as it has started its journey, it will have to go back to the original home or to reach.
