Make/create your own magazine cover?

i know flickr has a good one. but when i click finish it never shows me my magzine cover/front page. im doing a project for school and need to find one without downloading anything preferably. and i have searched all over yahoo and google and have found nothing. if you know of a site i can use without download that would be fantastic! if not i would also appreciate downloads to making a magazine front page (preferably where i can add my own text and pictures) thanks!

If you can't find any new programs to help you ...then just use the basic program that most computers already have: Microsoft Power Point
