I'm confused about my Seventeen magazine subscription?

  • I got a subscription to Seventeen magazine from My Coke Rewards about a year ago. Even though I did not fill out any forms to renew my subscription, I got an email from Seventeen to confirm my order for ten issues that I never ordered. In the email, I was told that the total came to $10, but when I checked my account, it said that I didn't owe any money. Help?

    Go to Seventeen's customer service page: https://w1.buysub.com/pubs/HR/SVN/SVN_nameAddrEntry_combo.jsp?cds_page_id=41191&cds_mag_code=SVN&id=1302387582784&lsid=10991656439038125&vid=8 Login using the information that's printed on the label of the last issue you received. At the bottom of the left hand column under "Quick Help", click on "Frequently Asked Questions". At the bottom of the left hand column under "Contact Us", click on "Customer Service". Under "Contact Customer Service", click "Email Us". Complete the form and tell them exactly what you've written here, and let them know that you do not want to EXTEND your subscription. DO NOT tell them you want to cancel your subscription, because if you do, they will cancel the subscription that you currently have.
