Where can I buy an August 2007 issue of Shojo Beat magazine?

I've searched Amazon, Ebay, and the Shojo Beat website. Amazon has none currently for sale, and Shojo Beat isn't selling back issues of that particular month's magazine (vol 3, issue 8). I am willing to pay a bit more than the original price, and shipping. Any advice welcome!!!
