How Can I Start an Online Magazine at a Young Age?

• First, let's just say my family has a history of writers; my mother being an LA teacher, my aunt had a book published and in stores, and my sister owns a successful online magazine that is being turned into print soon. Now, my sister started her own magazine and became successful. Her magazine has been only out for a little bit over a year and she appeared at shows, front row seat (I will not say the name of the magazine due to privacy - but I am telling the truth). On a forum, she was popular. She then went on and told about how she wants to start a magazine just as a freshman in high school and earned a lot of people's trust. I'm very into reading and writing and I do pretty well in vocabulary and language arts in school (high 90s). I want to start a magazine on my favorite genre of music, which is metal (please don't comment on how "terrible" the music is). I know a lot about the genre and it takes up most of my iPod. Now the main question is, how can I earn people's trust? I obviously have to tell them my email and age and stuff but I'm afraid they will be like "bwahahahahahahaha zomg u r so yung to start magazeen lolololol!!11!!111!!111." I don't want to risk embarrassment. Is there any way to get behind this?

  Just start writing what you think. What are you thoughts, opinions, etc. The more you write, the better you'll be, and the more you'll have to fill a magazine with. Also don't fear embarrassment. Just write, and have people read it, or else it doesnt count.
