How do I start my own magazine?

If i was to start my own magazine, how would i go about this?

• I want to start my own magazine, i dont expect it to be like the 'ok' or whatever just something that could appeal to somebody. The paper in which al magazines are printed on, how would i get it printed and stuff, also if you were gonna buy a magazine what unique factor would you look for? How expensive is the process?

  i feel like it would be way harder to start a magazine than "what paper would I print it on" You'd have to hire editors, story writers, article writers, quiz writers, illustrators, photographers, a building to manufacture these in, people to compile everything in an appealing looking fashion, graphic designers, etc
