What kind of jobs are there in the 'fashion industry'?

Magazine or Fashion industry?

  • so i really want to become a person who works in a fashion or fashion magazine industry. and i was wondering what kind of jobs are there besides the editor writer photographer. i dont want to be an editor or writer but something more like towards the office and kinda like having something to do with the fashion part. (if you even understood that) i could be a stylist but what are all the jobs they have there?

I'm sort of the same as you, except I want to be a writer for a fashion magazine. I *love* journalism. If you don't wish to go the same route, I would suggest possibly working in the communications and sales aspects of fashion. Fashion magazines need people to go out and ask questions to their readers, as well as taking surveys and promoting the magazine. For sales, you can come up with ideas in how to further the popularity of the magazine. There are many, many, more aspects to the magazine industry than writers, photographers, and editors.
