How do I contact Dolly Magazine?

How can I contact Seventeen magazine about my free make up bag that I haven't received?

  • I signed up for Seventeen magazine about a year ago and with that subscription I was supposed to get a free make up bag and I haven't yet. I've sent them a letter and e-mailed them, but the only way I could e-mail them was to go under customer service and the closest thing I could find was a missed issue. So I wrote to them and expained that it wasn't an issue that I'm missing and that it was a free gift. I haven't heard from them and it's been about a month. What do I do?

    send them a certified letter regarding your issue and request a response. note in the letter the dates you contacted their offices and what was communicated. make sure you keep a copy for your records.

You could do what everyone else said.. but it's not really worth it. It's just a little bit bigger than a computer mouse and it only comes with cheap lipstick, eyeliner, and eyeshadow. Like i said... not worth the trouble

They do have a website which might be helpful. At least emails might be read/received better than letters.

I am sure in the magazine there is a place where you can contact them. If you have to call everyday until they get the point. When something happens like that it is usually that they are just in no hurry to get their customers the merchandise which is what I don't understand. I mean because if it wasn't for their customers then they wouldn't have jobs.

i'd look for a 1-800 number and then talk directly to someone. if not then keep harassing them till they do something

Go to their website (see the front of the magazine usually if it's a big one!), e-mail them and/or write a letter, stating your proof. To your details- they either sent it to the wrong person, ripped you off, was just a ploy to everyone and NOBODY got it (it's just an ecouragement to subscribe) and/or they can just be very busy people! Seventeen is one of the BIGGEST magazines in the US! (and I am in Aus!)
