What is a well-respected poetry magazine which will pay me if they choose to publish my poem?

I recommend you look for a copy of the book "Poet's Market". It's published every year & lists nearly all US poetry magazines, how much they pay, and what their requirements for submitting are. If you don't want to buy your own copy of Poet's Market, many libraries will have one!
