What if I accidentally subscribed for Seventeen?

Accidentally subscribed to Seventeen Magazine? Please help!?

  • I entered for a freebie at Seventeen.com and somehow it subscribed me saying that the first issue would be delivered to my house and that I'd be billed. I don't want to be subscribed and I already tried to contact customer service at 1-800-388-1749 but it was closed. I tried to unsubscribe at Seventeen.com but it requires an account number which I don't have since I never intended to be subscribed in the first place. What do i do??

  • Answer:

    just go the customer service website and there is 3 options so you could log in. You don't need the number. Either you cancel it there but you could also wait until you get the issue and the see the account number and cancel then. But you could do today too so your choice. Hope this helps:)
