there used to be Playboy clubs, decades ago. The cocktail waitresses wore stupid playboy bunny costumes, but were not nude, just scantily dressed with bunny ears, and bunny tail. Technically, the playboy models in the magazines who pose nude are "playmates", not bunnies. People still refer to the nude models as bunnies sometimes, but it's not accurate.
