Who do you contact when you are being arass by magazine agenty?

• They call me about a contract I made with them almost three yaers ago. The agreement was that, I pay thirty something dollars for a magazine to be mailed to me for two years,but the magazine stop goming after eight or nine months. I tryed to contact the company to ask about the magazine but, I could not get throw .Now, after two years,they call me saying that I was in a five year contract with .I don't think I should pay any thing,they where suppost to mail me one magazine for two years but the magazine stop goming after eight or nine months. For almost three years they have call me harassing me about this contact .
