I have a subscription to People and now I have 52 magazines...how do I organize them or display them?
-
What do other people with subscriptions to magazines do after they get them in the mail? I have two large stacks of magazines and I don't want to get rid of them yet because I haven't read them all. How do I store them or display them in a way that will look nice and be space-efficient. It is hard to put them on a shelf because magazines are all paper and very flimsy.

Answer:
i throw them away once they get six months old but put half in bathtroom to read and some more in living room or sitting area in a nice basket for anyone to read while wasting time.

you could put them in magizine covers (staples 3 dollers each) or stack them according to dates.

Get a filing cabinet, put them in chronological order, meaning, the order they came in. They should all say which volume and issuse they are.

yea u can shelve them u just need those cardbourd magazine holders are used in offices. they come in packs of 3 or more and are folded- u just need to unfold them yourself to create an opening. hope im making sense. then u just sort them by their date in order from oldest issue to the latest. its either that or you can buy a magazine rack and leave them stored in that next to your toilet- that way you'll always have something to read when you know your going to be in there for the long haul.
Get a book statue? like the library has that hold up books or something around the house that will suffice. Hope this help. LC

I would display them by the time the came out for example Aug 06 and Sept 06 and so on that is really good bacause then you will know what you are looking for and it would be easy to keep the pattern going

If you don't have time to read them this week, are you seriously going to read them in the future? After years of saving magazines, I toss the vast majority of mine.
