How to buy a coy of the New Yorker Magazine?

• OK, I cant believe Im actually asking this, but my friend in Europe REALLY wants a copy from The New Yorker magazine, and when i say wants it I mean always talking about wishing to have a copy, I know, Im leaving to New York in 2 weeks and thought to get her a copy to give it as a Birthday present among something that's actually useful, but what I wanna know, is how do you buy one, I mean I went to their website and they were talking about subscriptions and all, but all I want is one copy so how does it work, any one has n idea. Please help me out, Im so no good with Internet and search lol

It's possible that they might have been sold out, or your brother asked for the wrong magazine or is pulling one over on you, but I can assure you that you can find single copies of The New Yorker for sale everywhere magazines are sold on both Long Island and New York City. They can be found at every airport, and at every newsstand, bookstore, drugstore, grocery store, and mass merchandiser in Long Island and New York City. I wouldn't be at all surprised to find copies at any of those places in most cities across the entire country.
